Precision Health Clinics

Dense clinical science, turned into a calm, bookable path.

Website built for Precision Health Clinics — precision medicine and genomics clinic website with online booking

A premium genomics and longevity clinic selling something genuinely hard to explain: DNA-led, deeply personalised health programmes. The site has to make advanced science feel clear, trustworthy and bookable in a few scrolls.

The problem

A first-time visitor lands on a page about genomics, hormone panels and functional diagnostics, and inside five seconds decides whether this is serious medicine or a wellness gimmick. Get that wrong and they're gone — no matter how good the science actually is. Worse, two completely different people show up at the same door: a patient wanting a consultation, and a clinic wanting to license the whole system. Serve them both on one muddled page and you lose both. Every expert-led business — clinics, consultants, specialist agencies — where the buyer has to trust the expertise before they'll pay, walks this exact tightrope.

The approach

I built the site around the clinic's own logic — three pillars, five foundational steps — so a first-timer grasps the offer in plain language before a single clinical term appears. Then I split the journeys hard from the top: Book a Consultation for patients, Partner With Us for practices, no crossed wires. It runs on WordPress and Elementor so the clinical team owns their content without waiting on a developer.

The calls I made

Every real decision costs something. Here's what I traded, and why it was worth it.

  1. Elementor over a hand-coded theme.

    Why

A clinic's programmes, pricing and protocols change constantly. The people who know the science need to edit it themselves, same day.

    Trade-off

A heavier page than raw markup — the right trade for a site that lives or dies on staying current.

  2. Explain before you sell — plain English first, clinical detail second.

    Why

Healthcare buyers move on trust. Jargon in the first scroll reads as gatekeeping; clarity reads as expertise.

    Trade-off

More words and more careful sequencing up front, instead of leading with the premium pitch.

  3. Split patient and partner journeys at the top of the page.

    Why

Two buyers with opposite needs can't share one funnel without one of them getting lost.

    Trade-off

A busier hero with two clear doors — but each visitor finds theirs immediately.

The result

The consultation form started pulling the patients the clinic actually wants — people who arrive already understanding the offer, not tire-kickers who booked to ask what a genome is. Dense clinical science, a calm and credible first impression, and a clean path to booking — all of it editable by the clinical team without a developer on call.
